  • Ability to work closely with customers and colleagues;
  • Understanding of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
  • Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle+ level in the IT-sphere;
  • Good written and spoken communications in English.


Responsibilities include

  • Executing the recruitment processes includes working with hiring managers from client side, identifying • candidates lead sources, conducting evaluation processes, organizing client interviews, and entering agreement with candidates;
  • Communication with foreign clients;
  • Maintaining CV database and creating recruitment-related documents and reports;
  • Maintaining job posting on recruiting web sites;
  • Establish positive relationships with active and potential candidates, providing feedbacks;
  • Provide complete and accurate information to applicants about the company, the client and the position;
  • Be part of the process to continuously improve our recruitment and evaluation processes.
