Responsibilities include

  • Analyze production support incidents and problems based on the AX 2009 platform
  • Debug production support incidents and problems based on the AX 2009 platform
  • Investigate production support incidents and problems based on the AX 2009 platform
  • Report and resolve production support incidents and problems based on the AX 2009 platform
