You will become the team member in ServiceNow unit of the leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company. You will work in a team of 10 professionals developing and implementing the best ServiceNow solutions. As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for the ServiceNow platform of an organization, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform

Skills required:

  • Experience in Design and Implementation of Service Now ITSM and HR Modules;
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow Custom Application;
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow Portal (this will be added value);
  • Automation workflows using ServiceNow;
  • Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI Scripts etc.;
  • Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.;
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.

Certification ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow Certified Administrator / ServiceNow Implementation specialist is a must
